Backorders List

When we first launched the new dealer portal, you could view a list of orders which had backordered items in them. Now we have revamped it to show a list of what products are back ordered, and the quantities, instead of having to click through a bunch of orders to find what you're looking for.
 

To access the back orders screen, click My Account > View my Back Orders. All products are ordered by Description alphabetically.

Invoices

From the dealer portal, you have the ability to pull up old invoices from the system; even as far back as the first order made after your account was created.
 

To access the invoices screen, click My Account > My Invoices. These are all ordered by date in descending order.

Do note: any invoices that have /02 or higher at the suffix mean its part of the same order with the same 5-digit prefix, but it has been split into separate shipments (i.e. partial fulfilment, and the rest backordered).

Bearing Size Finder

Chris, our our man with a plan for all things bearing related, recently added a feature to the Bearings page which helps you find the right sized bearing much easier than before.
 

Using the drop-down selector at the top of the products list, you can narrow down your search for the bearing you're after according to inner diameter (ID), outer diameter (OD) and the width. This feature is available on the following pages:
