NEW DEALER PORTAL FEATURE - Order Tracking

As we've mentioned in previous correspondence, we're constantly making updates to the dealer portal. Our goal is to deliver the most intuitive and best experience possible for your store's needs, and we're proud to announce the latest feature to the portal: Order Tracking.
Once the order has been picked, confirmed and the Aramex postage label is printed at our warehouse, the tracking information should appear under the order not long after.

To access your tracking details, click My Account > My Invoices > click on the order you want to track.

Do note that for orders that are shipped in multiple packages, more than one tracking label may be required. All the tracking numbers on a package will appear under the order and are linked to Aramex tracking.
