We hope everyone's been holding up OK during the last two weeks. It's been tough times, no doubt: we've certainly felt it ourselves. It looks like things are improving according to the daily case numbers, so hopefully we can all return to normal as soon as possible.
As of Tuesday 7th September at 11:59pm, Auckland is still at Alert Level 4 and the rest of the country has been dropped to Alert Level 2, with a review of both Alert Levels coming up on Monday 13th September.
Since the start of lockdown, we have been granted an exemption to work at Alert Level 4 in Auckland to process orders with a skeleton staff. During this time, they have been following all hygiene & PPE practices, and maintaining social distancing guidelines between other staff and courier drivers during pick ups. Unfortunately, having our team in the warehouse processing orders means we haven't been able to have anyone working in our office alongside them.
For the duration of the lockdown period until Auckland moves to at least Alert Level 3, our main phone line will be out of action until our team in the office is able to return. Our office team and our reps are still working from home: they will still be available via email & the message function on the dealer portal (as well as our reps via mobile) during regular business hours for all enquiries.
